3 July 2006 - no serious rides, no good excuses - did 26km at 19km/h along the Pacific Highway to Pymble.... yuck
17 March 2006 - 77km, 25km/h (odo:2224km), so the distance form home to Emu Plains is less than I thought - next time i might be going up the hill towards Katomba
3 Mar 2006 - 71km, 25km/h (odo:2115km), similar to last time, but looking back on the M4 to Parramatta
- similar issue to last time, first hour at 20km/h avg, then the next at 30, and then the last capitulating - need to eat at about 35-40km mark
20 Feb 2006 - 10km, 30mins quick ride to tunks park and back
11 Feb 2006 - 55km, 25km/h, rode from home to Blacktown on the M2&M7, then took the train home
- the first 10kms where hard because i hadn't ridden properly in months, but after that, 35km of rolling hills between 25-50km/h
